Everyday is D-day

I gotta pack my sack
and go to war
Everyday is a planned attack
may it be offensive or not

nothing stops D-day
no matter what you say
or do not say
no matter what you do
do not do
you can never hide
it is do or die

MOGEENI

there is a little lass named mogeeni
she is short and perhaps as short as her temper and patience.
she sets a day to make a little boat so she could sail and see the world
building the balance challenges her
she couldn't erect the sail
and everything is a mess
so
she gets a container of gasoline
and blows the entire project!
bow!

good bye summer

Dear summer, I wrote to say good bye. So much for happy days, so much for running around the ground for it is time to toil the land and be serious with life. so much for my escapades in the back door, no more drunken lass around town no more puking in a corner so much for a dizzy way home, and the guilt for arrogance and shame. thank you i thank you for picking me up when vomit was all over me Thank you for the act of friendship and tolerance, for understanding the oddity in me i'd be soon all packed up so much roads to be taken and somewhere along old friends will still be seein' see you when i get back

sunken ground 2006/09/06

I don't want to end up
living this fairy tale
I want to scare myself
and be impossible,
and be terrible,
and be a passer by

I can't deny my cruelty
nor face my insanity
I'm not high
nor invalid
I just want to know
if I too can feel.

spread my arms in a greenfield
close my eyes
run as fast as I can
and take off
feel my skin
making love with the wind
hanging on for minutes in that moment
and realize the fog and the sun down.

aah...
it must be good to fall free
